Withdrawal requests shall be reviewed from Monday to Friday. We aim to review all withdrawal requests within 72 hours from the moment the customer has placed a withdrawal request on the Account. However, withdrawal timeframes are dependent on the verification status of the customer. As part of our requirements we must collect documentary evidence of customer's identity and this can affect the timeframes of withdrawal review (up to 5 business days)

Once approved, a withdrawal request will be processed depending on the User preferred payment option ( see Withdrawal methods table).

The User may at any time request a pay-out from the existing balance of his/her User Account in whole or in part provided that all payments have been confirmed, all amounts have been deposited, wagering requirements have been met and all mandatory documentation has been approved by the Company.

We shall honor one payout approval per account, per review and per week. If you submitted more withdrawal requests simultaneously, only one of the submissions shall be subject to review.

If a Member deposits exclusively with Bitcoin, he/she can only withdraw using the Bitcoin option.

Players will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of A$4,000 week. Local jackpots are included in the weekly withdrawal limit.

You can cash out winnings from free bonus money if you have at least a minimum deposit of A$25 made in the last 5 days before PLACING the payout request.

Once the Member makes a withdrawal from a Free Bonus, the remaining balance from the winnings corresponding to the Free Bonus in question will be voided.

You must submit the following documents before submitting a withdrawal request:

  • • Valid government-issued photo identification card;
  • • Copy of a recent utility bill no older than three (3) months prior to the submission date;
  • • Front copy of the Card(s) used to fund the Account.
Prior to approving any withdrawal request, we may request additional documents in order to prove the ownership of the cards used on the account and to confirm that the purchases were authorized by the card holder.

Additional verification

If we require additional verification, we may ask for the following:

  • • Credit/Debit Card Vouchers of all cards used in the past six (6) months;
  • • Proof of ownership of payment method - depending on the method used, this may include a copy of a recent bank statement or a screenshot of the e-wallet;
All documentation received is valid for 6 (six) months. It is your sole responsibility to provide our Security Department with updated copies of the necessary documents once the validity period expires. Update Payment method

Casino Moons Casino shall not be held responsible in the event of a Member providing incorrect information that may result in the payout being sent to the wrong Account. For this reason, the information cannot be provided via chat or phone.

All the required paperwork must be uploaded on the website, under the account verification page.

If you wish to close your member account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support via email. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions save for any provisions that, by their nature, shall survive such termination.

Security and Management reserve the right to choose Accounts with pending payouts randomly for an additional verification process.

The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions.

This procedure can be performed up to twice per year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department.
